OBJECTIVE–
Establish and maintain a consistent brand visual language for Tamara Mellon during its early stages, spanning printed materials, packaging, print and digital ads, and other marketing assets.
As one of the first 10 hires, I played a pivotal role in establishing a cohesive and luxury brand experience across all touchpoints. Partnering closely with the founder, marketing and sales teams, I conceptualized creative aimed to drive growth. I led on-set creative direction and designed a wide range of creative, including: paid and organic social campaigns, print ads, email marketing campaign and brand packaging.
As the senior designer & creative strategist, I collaborated closely with marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and test innovative acquisition strategies aimed at driving growth.
I played a hands-on role in translating these strategies into compelling visual content, leading on-set creative direction and designing assets for paid social, print, email marketing campaigns, and more.
This balance of strategic thinking and creative execution allowed us to implement campaigns that were both visually impactful and conversion-focused, effectively driving results for the brand, while also maintaining a strong, cohesive brand identity
